Apart from the 24-hour surveillance, the wine storage facility also executes a biometric fingerprint configuration, a security system that promotes exclusivity of access through individual identification of fingerprints.

Temperature is the most important factor to bringing wine a smooth and distinct flavor. Cool, constant temperature slows the aging process, that's why we keep our units chilling at 50 - 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

Humidity Maintaining our units at 65-80% humidity is the way to ensure that your wine does not suffer from molding or evaporation, which can affect the consistency and texture of wine. Moderate humidity keeps the corks in good resilient condition that will prevent air to get into the bottle.

Darkness In the case of wine, the absence of light brings clarity. Virtually zero light, our wine storage facility retains the translucence of wine, so the liquid stays brilliant.
